When will my order arrive?

Most orders are fulfilled in 2–5 business days, then shipped. Total delivery time depends on shipping speed and destination. 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns/exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. If an item arrives damaged/defective/incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we’ll help.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email enrdesigns.help@gmail.com with your order number + photos. Damaged/defective items are typically eligible for a free reprint or refund. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to change an address or cancel, contact us ASAP. Once an order enters production, changes may not be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but delivery times vary and customs/duties may apply depending on country.
