Return & Refund Policy (Print-on-Demand)

Thanks for shopping at EnRDesigns. Because our items are made to order, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than big-box retailers.
1) Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind / Wrong Size)
Since each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- ordering the wrong size
- changing your mind after purchase
- choosing the wrong color or style
- normal wear and tear
Please review the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
2) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
Email us at enrdesigns.help@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue (and packaging if the package is damaged)
After review, we will offer a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
3) Lost Packages / Shipping Issues
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at enrdesigns.help@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can help investigate and resolve it.
If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive the package:
- check around your property/mailroom and with neighbors
- contact the carrier
- then email us and we’ll assist as best we can
4) Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider and may take several business days to appear.
5) Cancellations & Order Changes
Because orders go into production quickly, we can only cancel or change an order within a short window after purchase. If you need a change, email enrdesigns.help@gmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help—however, we can’t guarantee changes once production has started.
