Shipping Policy (Print-on-Demand)
Order Processing (Made to Order)
All of our items are made to order. Most orders are produced and packed within 2–5 business days.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery = production time (2–5 business days) + shipping time.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary during holidays or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your shipping address.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- If you notice an error, contact us ASAP at enrdesigns.help@gmail.com.
- If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at enrdesigns.help@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can help.
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Check around your property, mailroom, or with neighbors
- Contact the carrier directly
- Then email us and we’ll do our best to assist
Returns & Exchanges Policy (Print-on-Demand
Because items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- wrong size ordered
- change of mind
- color preference changes
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
Please email enrdesigns.help@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the issue (and packaging, if damaged)
After review, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Exchanges (Sizing)
We don’t offer standard size exchanges since each item is printed to order. Please review the size chart before purchasing. If you’re unsure, size up for a more relaxed fit.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method (or store credit if preferred), after we confirm the issue.
