Processing / Fulfillment time:

Shipping time (after fulfillment):

Tracking:
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available). Printful Help Center

International orders:
International delivery times vary and may include customs delays and/or duties depending on the destination. Printful Help Center

Returns & Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer errors (please check sizing charts before ordering).

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Printful typically offers a free reprint or refund for confirmed issues, and you usually don’t need to return the item.
